Attend Live Weekly Small Group Coaching

Small group environment to personalize your learnings with the support of others. In community, we learn from others and grow together with weekly 45-minute sessions. Groups (known as pods) consist of 3-5 people hand selected through the application process and grouped together based on simialr goals.

Watch a Weekly Video

Weekly one-hour videos full of research based content built on the premise of positive psychology, neuroscience, cognitive psychology, and performance science. Learn a helpful framework and language to address your personal and professional development.

Use App Daily

Access to an app for one year which includes daily challenges to help you build your daily muscles, a “Mental Fitness Gym”, KPI’s to track your performance, and additional resources. Use your handy tool to take short 2 minute-breaks thorugout the day to recharge your battery and stay in sage mode.

Certified Coach Support

Personalized support via email, text, and live sessions from a certified Positive Intelligence Coach combining executive coaching techniques and Mental Fitness techniques to help you achieve your goals.

Curious what topics will be covered over the span of the 8-week program?

  • You meet your pod mates and clarify your goals for the 8 week program. 

  • Learn the 10-second technique (called a PQ rep) to boost your self-command. A strengthened self-command allows you to recognize when negative thoughts are in-control so you can intercept and shift to the positive, confident sage part of your brain.

  • The Judge is the universal saboteur that affects everyone. You’ll learn how to intercept and weaken the Judge who is responsible for not only judging yourself, but also judging others and situations (“I’ll be happy when…”). This can feel tough as you realize the negative impact that the judge’s lies have on you. 

  • This week you learn about your top accomplice saboteurs as identified through the Saboteur Assessment. You learn techniques for weakening your particular saboteurs which may include: Avoider, Controller, Hyper-Achiever, Hyper-Rational, Hyper-Vigilant, Pleaser, Restless, Stickler, and Victim.

  • As you weaken the saboteurs, you learn how to shift into the Sage mode where you feel more confident, clear-headed, and action oriented to achieve your goals. The Sage perspective can be helpful in all situations to ride the waves of our constantly changing world.

  • Learn 5 powers to boost your Sage for continued performance and happiness. Through powerful visualizations and activities, learn about the 5 Sage powers which include: Empathize, Explore, Innovate, Navigate, and Activate.

  • Get into action mode feeling confident and clear with the help of the Navigate and Activate powers. 

  • Reflect on your accomplishments throughout the 8-week program and we celebrate achievements towards your goals and address where the opportunities still lies. Learn about practical applications of Mental Fitness towards all parts of your life.
